  1. To ensure the security of your ticket purchase and the smooth completion of your transaction, please log in with your Google account and complete real-name verification before purchasing tickets. Users who have not completed verification will not be able to purchase tickets. We recommend going to "My Collection" → "Account" → "Edit Personal Information" in advance to ensure your information is accurate and to expedite the ticket purchasing process. Your personal data will be used solely for ticket purchases and entry verification, and will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  2. The order confirmation email is for transaction notification purposes only. Not receiving the email does not mean that your transaction was unsuccessful. If you are unsure whether your order was completed, please check "Tickets" → "Event Tickets" or "Merch Tickets" for your transaction history. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
  3. Please carefully review your order details and prices before proceeding to checkout. The final amount will include the ticket price and a service fee (the actual amount will be shown on the checkout page). For any ticket-related inquiries, please contact customer support at [email protected].
  4. This system uses QR Code electronic tickets. After completing your purchase, please present the QR Code from your electronic ticket for admission. The maximum number of tickets each person can purchase is determined by the rules announced for each event.
  5. If you purchase multiple tickets, please use the ticket-splitting feature to assign tickets to your companions. Each ticket holder must present their own QR Code for verification upon entry. Actual entry regulations and procedures are subject to the organizer’s on-site announcements.
  6. The use of cameras, camcorders, DVs, audio recorders, and other recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the event without the organizer’s prior written consent. Photography, video, or audio recording is not permitted. Anyone who fails to comply after being advised by on-site staff may be required to leave the venue immediately and may be held legally liable.
  7. No outside food or drinks, metal or glass containers, PET bottles (including those containing beverages), laser pointers, LED lights, fireworks, or any other dangerous items are allowed into the venue. Prohibited items are subject to the announcements of the organizer and the venue. On-site staff have the right to confiscate or deny entry of any prohibited items in accordance with these rules.
  8. Attendees must comply with all entry regulations set by the venue and the organizer, and follow the instructions of on-site staff to maintain order. Latecomers will be admitted according to on-site staff arrangements. For any special entry restrictions, please refer to on-site announcements.
  9. Event content and related regulations are subject to the official event website and on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to add shows, modify, terminate, or adjust the content of this event. Any changes will be announced on the official website or on-site.
  10. In case of force majeure (such as major domestic or international incidents, natural disasters, or circumstances involving the organizer or performers) resulting in event cancellation or postponement, relevant handling measures will be announced on the event page. Refunds and further arrangements will follow the instructions provided on that page. If you have any questions, please contact customer support for assistance.

【Ticket Collection】

  1. After completing payment, please go to "Tickets" → "Event Tickets" or "Merch Tickets" to view your purchase details. Once your order is confirmed, ticket usage, refunds, and related rights will be subject to the event organizer’s announcements and the platform’s regulations. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for assistance.
  2. This system uses QR code electronic tickets. The QR code redemption code will be available for display on the "Tickets" page 24 hours before the event begins. Please navigate to "My Tickets" → "Event Tickets" or "Merchandise Tickets" → "View" to view and obtain your QR code redemption code. This code will be required for on-site entry verification or merchandise collection.
